Who this covers

This site is run by Jose Dizon, a WordPress repair and support service based in South San Francisco, California. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used. Contact: contact@josedizon.com.

Information you give me

If you use the contact form, the site collects what you type into it: your name, business name (optional), email address, website address, the type of help you need, your message, and which accounts you can log in to. I use this only to reply to you, review your request, and decide whether I can help.

Do not send passwords through the form or by email. If access is needed later, we will agree on a safe way to share it.

Who processes the form

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree receives what you submit and passes it to me by email. Its handling of your data is described in Formspree's privacy policy.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. I use this to improve the site. I do not use it to identify you personally.

Do Not Track

This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Sharing

I do not sell your information. I share it only with the service providers named above (Formspree and Google), and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask me to tell you what information I have about you, or to delete it. Email contact@josedizon.com with your request.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the effective date at the top of this page.
